Returns
We do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to issue store credit, size exchanges, or a refund to the original payment method within 10 days of package delivery. The garment must be unwashed, unworn, free of scents, pet hair, makeup, or visible wear, with tags attached when applicable.
Additional shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a damaged or defective item.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in some way, we sincerely apologize. Just let us know within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right!

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will not receive your refund until the item is sent back to us and the return is accepted.

 **Any items purchased from Blended, LLC, are ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds from Painted Arrow Boutique directly. Any circumstances involving merchandise purchased at Blended, LLC must be handled through them directly. Blended, LLC is located at Southpark Mall in Strongsville, OH.

Refunds
We can process your return once we receive the item in it's original condition. We will inspect the item within 24-48 hours of delivery. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund amount will not include the original shipping amount, or return shipping amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance, Sale, and Sample items, "Daily Deals", gift cards, items discounted via a sitewide sale, giveaway items, preorders, or Holiday Gift items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the size you want, is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 

Cancelations
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order.
